At last I have found a computer expert who is only too happy to sit down at my PC and fix it. No fizz or fuss, Damien Downes just gets on with the job! It is obvious Damien knows what he is doing, possesses state of the art I.T. expertise, diagnoses difficulties and finds solutions. Along the way, he makes suggestions for everything to operate at its best. Willing to answer questions, he explains in clear layman’s terms wanting his customers to be satisfied by understanding how things work. Most of all, it is his willingness to patiently explain technicalities in easy to understand language that makes me hope he will be around for a long time to come.
