iMac Upgrade and Troubleshooting

Damien was a pleasure to deal with, he was prompt, efficient, carried out the work required and was also happy to impart knowledge to one a lot less knowledgeable. I found him to be very effective and concise in solving the problem, also his communication was excellent and I always felt I was informed as to the problem, the possible time it would take, costs etc. I would not hesitate in recommending Damien to our friends and acquaintances. When he left I felt as though he had fixed our IT problems and all without feeling like I had just spent a lot of money.
