I just wanted to say thank you again for retrieving all of my information from my lap, the photos especially were irreplaceable and I can't tell you how relieved I was when you let me know you had managed to save everything. Then when you told my you also fixed my lap top and managed to get all the data off the two old computers I had given, with not much hope I must add, was over the moon.

The service you provided was exceptional, picking up and delivering the computers and keeping in touch by text to tell me how things were progressing was so welcomed. I will certainly be recommending you to my friends.
