External hard drive repair

Thank you to Damien for the awesome service! After the shell of my external hard drive broke I contacted Damien, recommended by someone at a computer retailer. He was able to give me two possible solutions before even seeing the hard drive and quoted me there and then. He then collected it, rang within the hour with the problem and solution, fixed it and then dropped off. I am so happy I have found my go to guy for IT problems! Thank you again for your A* service!
